Job Summary

Support the implementation and monitoring of IT governance, risk, and compliance controls to improve regulatory alignment, audit readiness, and control maturity across IT and cloud operations. Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, and Audit teams to maintain control registers and compliance tracking logs, track remediation for overdue actions, support audit walkthroughs, and monitor governance for change management and high-risk activities. Help manage risk and issue registers and KPI governance reporting.

•Monitor IT governance controls across IT operations.
•Maintain and update the IT control register and compliance tracking logs.
•Support audit-ready methodology and participate in internal and external audit walkthroughs.
•Track remediation plans and follow up on overdue actions; maintain risk and issue registers.
•Monitor governance for change management and high-risk activities; support KPI tracking and reporting governance.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in IT governance, IT risk, compliance, or IT audit.
•Strong understanding of regulatory and control frameworks (e.g., NCA ECC, ISO 20000, ISO 27001).
•Experience implementing and monitoring IT controls.
•Experience with cloud governance and cybersecurity compliance.
•Familiarity with change management and ITIL processes, with strong documentation and stakeholder coordination.
