Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated working knowledge of HMDA (Regulation C), including data collection, validation, integrity, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Understanding of HMDA reportable transactions and data elements, including application types, action taken categories, loan characteristics, and applicant demographics.
  • •Ability to support HMDA data integrity and quality control processes, including identifying, researching, resolving discrepancies, and working with HMDA edit checks.
  • •Knowledge of HMDA LAR submission requirements, timelines, and internal certification processes, including awareness of regulatory and reputational risks.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in banking or lending-related functions with exposure to loan operations and the lending lifecycle; related experience in regulatory reporting or compliance and a college degree are preferred.
