Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling, using mobile POS and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Manage daily operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service, retail, and asset protection standards.
