Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the business unit’s day-to-day planning and operating rhythm, including recurring planning cycles, leadership forums, and cross-functional check-ins.
  • •Run leadership forums end to end—building agendas, preparing materials, and ensuring the right people and information are present.
  • •Capture decisions and action items across operating rhythms, assign owners, track follow-through to closure, and escalate stalled items.
  • •Manage members of the Business Operations team and coach Senior Managers and Managers staffed onto initiatives.
  • •Intake, scope, and lead special projects and high-ambiguity, time-bound initiatives end to end across studio, publishing, and centralized functions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,600 - 230,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years in business operations, project/program management, management consulting, or related roles, including at least 4 years managing people through recurring operating cadences and cross-functional programs.
  • •Own executive-level governance and planning cadences end to end, including agenda-setting and follow-through.
  • •Lead ambiguous, undefined problems to structured outcomes, including scoping, staffing, and sequencing initiatives without an existing playbook.
  • •Partner effectively across centralized service organizations and BU-aligned teams in a global, matrixed, high-ambiguity environment.
