Job Summary

Own SEO growth for MENA across GCC and Egypt by running Arabic-focused outreach and link-building campaigns that drive brand citations in AI answer engines. Create and optimize Arabic landing page and blog content, perform localized keyword research, and monitor performance for priority queries. Work within a dual-alignment model supporting the Organic Growth speciality and the International Supergroup, collaborating with country and global SEO, marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and pursue outreach opportunities across Arabic/MENA sites for link-building and brand-mention placements using tailored, ethical messaging.
•Build and run campaigns that earn citations and mentions in AI answer engines by targeting high-authority frequently cited sources.
•Reclaim unlinked brand mentions and pursue placements on listicles, directories, and reference pages that feed LLM answers.
•Support creation, optimization, and publication of Arabic SEO-driven content for key landing pages and blog posts using keyword research and SEO tools.
•Monitor AI citations/mentions and SEO performance for priority queries, document campaign results, and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Native Arabic speaker with strong understanding of regional dialects and business-level English.
•Experience in link building, digital PR, content marketing, or similar outreach-focused roles with solid SEO fundamentals.
•Confident in building authentic relationships with publishers, creators, and partners.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring messaging to different audiences.
•Experience working with CMS platforms and structured content briefs, plus familiarity with SEO tools and/or outreach platforms.
