Job Summary

Own Oura’s enterprise knowledge strategy and lead the transition to governed, durable knowledge practices. Define taxonomy and “living knowledge” frameworks, develop corporate ontologies for AI-ready, machine-searchable institutional knowledge, and mitigate organizational memory risks. Serve as DRI for a multi-wave data retention and migration program moving away from Slack-centric storage. Partner across People, IT, Legal, Comms, and Operations to drive knowledge capture, governance, platform stewardship, and knowledge-health KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Oura’s enterprise knowledge strategy and serve as DRI for transitioning to governed, durable knowledge practices.
•Define enterprise-wide taxonomy, governance, and “living knowledge” frameworks, including corporate ontologies for AI-ready institutional knowledge.
•Serve as DRI for a 7-wave data retention program and lead migration from Slack-centric storage to durable repositories (Confluence, Google Drive).
•Standardize knowledge capture for critical transitions and embed retrospective practices to document decision rationales and project context.
•Co-own governance of the knowledge platform (Confluence, Google Workspace, Glean, Miro, Slack, Intranet) and define KPIs for knowledge health.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Glean, Miro, and Slack.
•Exceptional track record driving cross-functional behavior change, program management, and cultural alignment.
•Familiarity with data retention compliance, legal governance, or HR/L&D operations.
