Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver flight and ground training activities for the designated program, including classroom systems, performance ground school, and in-simulator pilot training.
  • •Assure quality and compliance with authorizations and qualifications, monitoring training delivery accordingly.
  • •Conduct quality pre- and post-flight briefings.
  • •Complete all paperwork and electronic records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • •Suggest changes to curriculum and courseware materials to enhance the client experience (and support instructor qualification growth as required).

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and above-average verbal and written communication abilities.
  • •Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • •Must live within 2 hours driving time from the facility.
  • •1500+ hours total multi-pilot time, with an Air Transport License/certificate (or equivalent) and relevant type rating with operational experience (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced 24/7 environment; previous instructor experience and relevant aviation training/operations experience acceptable to regulatory authorities are desirable.
