Job Summary

Review complex commercial loan documentation to ensure completeness and protect the bank’s position, identifying exceptions and resolving discrepancies with RM and/or credit officers. Book collateral and basic commercial loans, including Letters of Credit and bought participations, while translating loan booking instructions and ensuring accurate document indexing. Support virtual and cross-site teams, answer customer inquiries, and participate in documentation and booking training and process-improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Review loan document packages to ensure required documents are present and cite loan exceptions.
•Interpret and book collateral and loan transactions for complex and basic commercial loans, including Letters of Credit and bought participations.
•Identify and resolve simple contradictions in documentation/booking requests with RM and/or credit officers.
•Use online, image-enabled queues and dual-monitor workflows to process tasks accurately and efficiently.
•Attend documentation and booking classes, support team members, and proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation and loan booking systems.
•Knowledge of commercial/consumer credit policies, products, and compliance regulations.
•Strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written).
•Ability to apply accounting principles, meet deadlines under pressure, and demonstrate sound judgment/decision-making.
