Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate SaaS AI agreements and provide practical day-to-day commercial legal support for sales, marketing, channels, and customer success teams, focused on the Enterprise segment in the Americas.
  • •Collaborate with Product Legal on product and operational items impacting customer agreements and go-to-market initiatives.
  • •Draft and negotiate complex agreements regarding privacy, security, and AI regulatory matters.
  • •Identify and independently pursue process improvements for buy-side supporting motions.
  • •Develop and revise contract templates and playbooks based on changes in product offerings, organization, and law.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 280,000 - 340,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Admitted to the California State Bar, New York State Bar, or Registered In-House Counsel in good standing.
  • •10+ years of combined experience practicing as a commercial attorney within a law firm or software technology company.
  • •2+ years in-house experience at a SaaS and/or AI technology company.
  • •Privacy and AI subject matter expertise, including GDPR, e-Privacy Directive, CCPA, and EU AI Act, with the ability to incorporate evolving requirements into customer agreements.
  • •Experience driving commercial transactions, including SaaS and enterprise B2B transactions; strong negotiation and drafting/communication skills.
