Drive strategic sourcing for banking operations and services by using spend data and market intelligence to improve cycle times, increase savings, and elevate service and quality. Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, including competitive bidding and contract negotiations, while optimizing total cost of ownership. Partner with business owners to identify economic and market opportunities and act on them to strengthen third-party relationships. Provide category procurement expertise and analytical insights to support executive-level decisions.

•Achieve cost savings and improve quality and service levels through strategic sourcing strategies for complex negotiations.
•Oversee spend activity for the assigned commodity and determine the proper action plan for purchases meeting Procurement thresholds.
•Lead cross-functional teams to execute sourcing initiatives, including competitive bidding and contract negotiations.
•Negotiate across corporate transactions and perform contract redlining using an Agile contracting framework.
•Provide category procurement subject matter expertise and serve as a trusted advisor on product/service specifications and projected demand.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 161,000 annually
