Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership within the Electrical Test Design team for development, validation, introduction, and lifecycle support of automated electrical test solutions.
  • •Lead complex electrical test design activities from concept through implementation, ensuring safe, robust, reusable, maintainable solutions aligned to objectives.
  • •Define and guide technical approach for assigned ATE projects and work packages.
  • •Review and approve technical documentation across requirements, design, verification, test procedures, operating processes, and controlled introduction.
  • •Act as technical point of escalation for complex issues; mentor and coach less experienced engineers and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering or science degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
