Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned programs, providing timely updates on status, milestones, risks, and issues.
  • •Execute programs to contractual requirements, approved schedules, and quality standards while monitoring cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans; track EAC and update forecasts regularly.
  • •Manage program risks and opportunities, identify issues impacting commitments, and escalate significant matters appropriately.
  • •Coordinate and prioritize cross-functional team activities, including assigning work packages and facilitating stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field and 5+ years of program/project management experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Experience managing customer-facing projects or programs in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technology environment.
  • •Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage program scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
  • •Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
