Job Summary

Support the implementation of Internal Control and Risk Management culture across business units through compliance/risk assessments, status reporting, and training for stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOX, PCAOB standards, and Section 404 requirements; develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational/financial controls. Coordinate audits, inventory controls, process walkthroughs, segregation of duties and user access reviews, and help identify control gaps with remediation plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Support regional and national compliance strategy to ensure an appropriate control environment and culture.
•Develop and implement internal control policies, procedures, and best practices for operational and financial controls.
•Lead and/or support the Management Audit Committee meetings with senior leadership and communicate compliance priorities and risks to country leaders.
•Collaborate on external financial statement audits and coordinate physical inventory counts and inventory movement reviews.
•Perform process walkthroughs and help evaluate risks, control design gaps, and operating effectiveness, supporting remediation and contingency planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field.
•At least 4 years of experience in Internal Control, SOX compliance, or Internal/External Audit.
•Knowledge of SOX requirements and US GAAP.
•Experience with audit execution and presenting/reporting results.
•ERP experience, preferably SAP; experience implementing internal controls with internal projects and simultaneous workflows.
