Serve as an embedded technical builder in Revenue Operations to speed up the go-to-market organization. Partner with the RevTech team to design and ship lightweight workflows, automations, internal tools, and data enrichment solutions across tools like Salesforce and Gong. Improve signal density by auto-populating key fields and enriching customer/pipeline data, and explore AI-enabled workflows and agents to reduce manual work and boost operational leverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and ship workflows, automations, and internal tools that improve how Sales and Customer Success teams operate day to day.
•Automate data capture, field population, handoffs, enrichment, and workflow steps across tools like Salesforce and Gong to reduce repetitive tasks.
•Improve data quality by auto-populating important fields, enriching customer and pipeline data, and making key signals easier to act on.
•Identify and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automation/agent approaches to increase go-to-market productivity and reduce operational burden.
•Source and execute high-value projects end-to-end—from problem identification through implementation, adoption, and iteration—measuring impact, speed, and usability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

•Strong experience building workflows, automations, or internal tools for GTM/Revenue Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
•2+ years of experience working across GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, enrichment tools, and automation platforms.
•Hands-on experience with GTM systems and automation tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Zapier, enrichment platforms, AI workflow tools).
•Strong systems judgment to choose fast, bespoke builds versus more durable enterprise-grade solutions.
•Ability to move quickly and independently, turning loosely defined business problems into working solutions with limited oversight.
