Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver safe, direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process, including medication administration and implementing care plans.
  • •Conduct patient assessments and identify normal vs abnormal signs, symptoms, and reactions; maintain ongoing observation and safety monitoring.
  • •Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes against goals, and recommending necessary adjustments.
