Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform duties across foundry core, melt, mold, and grinding areas to provide production coverage.
  • •Set up, operate, and troubleshoot mold machines, core machines, grinders, shakeout, and furnace/pour deck equipment.
  • •Maintain equipment cleanliness and utility levels according to defined schedules.
  • •Recognize, document, and notify supervision of mechanical malfunctions and operating irregularities.
  • •Follow predetermined production schedules and use production documentation to track downtime, setup, and production events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.71 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (active duty military exempt).
  • •Experience setting up and operating mold equipment (DISA) and core equipment (Shalco), plus shakeout and grinding equipment, is preferred.
  • •Follow all safety regulations and understand lockout/tagout procedures; work around molten metal and in hot production environments is required.
