Job Summary

Support CAD tool flows for advanced process nodes, handling day-to-day design/layout issues and building utilities that improve productivity. Develop, maintain, and support Calibre DRC/LVS decks and CAD PDK environments. Provide EDA tool support for circuit simulation, EMIR, and aging using Spectre/Hspice, and contribute block-level place-and-route to gather PPA metrics. Work across evaluation, QA, testing, release, user support, and documentation.

•Provide hands-on, day-to-day support for design/layout issues.
•Develop, maintain, and support utilities to improve productivity.

•Create and maintain CAD PDK environments, including tool installations and layout environment customization.
•Support EDA tool flows for circuit simulation, EMIR, and aging; perform block-level place-and-route to gather PPA metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science plus 4+ years of experience.
•Solid programming skills.
•User-level familiarity with related CAD tools.
•Experience supporting CAD flows, including Calibre DRC/LVS decks, CAD PDK environments, and EDA tool flows.
•Experience across evaluation, QA, testing, release, user support, and documentation.
