Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end client program/project delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • •Build and manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
  • •Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, consistent, outcome-focused communication and alignment on goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decision bottlenecks; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • •Apply PMO methodologies, tools, templates, and governance; promote accountability and continuous improvement, and support product knowledge to validate requirements and align solutions.

Salary: USD 95,300 - 158,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3-5 years of project management or program management experience.
  • •Experience in financial crime compliance, financial services, risk management, or related industries preferred.
  • •Experience supporting client-facing projects and implementations strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risks; strong analytical and communication skills.
