Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a tug to safely move and preload trailers within the yard
  • •Complete regular yard checks to ensure equipment and operational areas are safe and maintained
  • •Conduct reefer and Dangerous Goods (DG) checks in accordance with company requirements
  • •Maintain general tidiness and organisation of the yard and equipment
  • •Assist with the movement and delivery of containers to site when required

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a transport, logistics, warehouse or yard environment
  • •Experience operating a tug, yard truck or similar equipment is desirable
  • •HC License required
  • •Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • •Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
