Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key interface between site operations and corporate Supply Chain, focused on category and contract management.
  • •Support central Supply Chain and Commercial functions with planning, strategy development/execution, and reporting aligned to site priorities.
  • •Monitor and optimize contracts to drive safety, performance, and cost outcomes.
  • •Lead tender processes including scope development, supplier engagement, and bid evaluations.
  • •Lead contract performance and governance (KPIs and compliance) and support contract variations and supplier selection.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in category management and contract management, including implementation, performance, and governance.
  • •Background in mining, heavy industry, or other asset-based environments.
  • •Experience supporting tenders, sourcing, or procurement activities.
  • •Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing operational teams to deliver contract value.
  • •Hold current S1, 2, 3 & G2 Supervisor qualification (SAP or similar ERP experience is desirable).
