Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide active and visible safety leadership and ensure Process Safety with compliance to EHS federal and state laws and corporate standards.
  • •Drive incident and near-miss reporting and investigations using structured methods (e.g., 5-Why/root cause) with corrective-action follow-through.
  • •Oversee Production and Packaging to deliver on time, in full, and to agreed quality in partnership with Supply Chain.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives toward world-class performance using Lean/Six Sigma/DMAIC tools and sustain 5S/housekeeping standards.
  • •Provide direct people leadership to Production and Packaging teams and strengthen leadership routines across the Site Leadership Team (SLT).

  • •Bachelor of Science/Engineering (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred); MBA a plus.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing/process environments.

  • •Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma and structured problem solving in manufacturing settings.
  • •Ability to work with materials regulated under RCRA (training provided prior to involvement).
