Design and govern scalable, high-performance data architectures across Snowflake and Databricks, enabling advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives. Own end-to-end modeling (dimensional, normalized, Data Vault), lake/lakehouse/warehouse design, and ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF, dbt, and Spark. Optimize performance and cost, implement data governance/security/lineage, and mentor engineering teams while aligning data strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement end-to-end data architecture across Snowflake and Databricks.
•Define data modeling standards including dimensional, normalized, and Data Vault models.
•Architect scalable data lakes, lakehouses, and data warehouses using best practices.
•Lead data integration strategies using ETL/ELT frameworks leveraging ADF, dbt, and Spark.
•Implement data governance, security, lineage, and compliance; enable real-time and batch processing architectures and mentor engineering teams.

•16+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
•Proven enterprise experience designing platforms with Snowflake and Databricks.
