Job Summary

Lead project controls and capital planning for Anduril’s Design & Construction organization. Establish cost structures (WBS), forecasting and cash-flow practices, and run the capital budget approval process across a range of projects. Build governance for approvals and change orders, develop reporting and cost-loaded schedules using industry tools, and support PMO oversight and PMIS setup. Collaborate with Strategic Real Estate, corporate finance, and executives to set projects up for success.

•Establish and govern cost category structure/WBS and cost forecasting best practices, including cash flow and cost accruals.
•Lead the capital budget approval process and partner with Corporate Finance for monthly, quarterly, and annual capex planning.
•Own and evolve the Historical Cost Database to generate future estimates and benchmark construction cost performance over time.
•Design governance and process documentation for approvals and change order management, including templates and training for project teams.
•Develop executive reporting materials and templates, create CPM schedule SOPs and cost-loaded schedules, and provide PMO oversight for external consultants.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction management or project controls.
•Excel proficiency, including building models others can quickly and intuitively use.
•PowerPoint proficiency to distill complex data into executive-ready presentations.
•Ability to communicate elegantly and concisely with executives.
•Willingness to travel about 10% of the time, and must be a U.S. Person for required access to export controlled information or facilities.
