Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead portfolio delivery as part of high-performing teams, helping shape, embed, and communicate portfolio direction and measurable outcomes.
  • •Establish and embed portfolio management and control frameworks to ensure rigor, compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • •Provide assurance, challenge, and insight into portfolio performance and ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, financial, and risk management requirements.
  • •Manage portfolio risk and health/safety considerations, including identification, escalation, and mitigation of risks and issues.
  • •Drive financial oversight for portfolio CapEx, budget tracking, and cost reporting, and contribute to commission management and business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Accreditation or strong working knowledge of portfolio/programme management methodologies and governance frameworks in real estate and fast-paced delivery environments.
  • •Proven experience in portfolio and/or programme management, including large-scale and/or high-profile real estate transformation projects.
  • •Experience driving performance optimisation and managing capital investment plans, with a focus on continuous improvement and expected outcomes.
  • •Good leadership skills with experience acting as a high performer within portfolio/programme teams and contributing to strong team cultures.
  • •Experience with portfolio financial performance management (financial reporting, budget tracking, and cost/financial management processes) and awareness of procurement and commercial frameworks.
