Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, assist, and lead a group performing machining operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality, and safety compliance.
  • •Perform machining operations such as threading, grooving, chamfering, turning, tapping, reaming, boring, facing, drilling, and related processes on conventional machines.
  • •Produce parts from various materials and perform minor tooling adjustments and resets to maintain specified dimensions.
  • •Inspect first pieces, verify machine setup before releasing to operators, and detect/report faulty operations or materials.
  • •Support continuous production by operating drill presses and other machines, maintaining cleanliness, and performing TPM activities (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening).
