Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard new-to-bank (NTB) customers end-to-end to ensure a smooth account opening journey and high-quality experience.
  • •Build and convert acquisition pipelines across branch walk-ins, self-sourcing, digital leads, roadshows, and employee workplace solutions events through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach.
  • •Drive funded Premier acquisition by securing timely initial funding and improving activation/conversion rates; grow Gross New Money (GNM) through deposits/inflows and early engagement.
  • •Acquire and cross-sell other basic banking products, meeting product penetration targets, and convert NTB walk-ins into Premier/credit card opportunities where suitable.
  • •Maintain full compliance with onboarding, KYC/AML, and regulatory requirements with accurate documentation and clean handover to the Relationship Manager (RM) for wealth referrals where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 3.5 years’ sales/acquisition experience in banking or financial services; affluent segment experience preferred.
  • •Strong sales capability with effective stakeholder/people management and relationship-building skills.
  • •Sound knowledge of affluent banking products and services, with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with needs-based selling capability.
