Own and continuously update product and developer learning content, translating platform changes into accurate training across all course formats. Create developer-focused video materials (scripts, narration, screen recordings) and apply adult learning best practices to improve learner engagement. Deliver customized virtual and in-person training for enterprise merchants and agency partners, run scoping calls, and coordinate action plans and scheduling while partnering across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Marketing. Use AI tools to accelerate creation and enhance the experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, maintain, and update product training and technical learning content, ensuring accuracy and relevance with each platform release.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to translate platform changes into up-to-date learning content across course formats.
•Produce product and developer-focused video content, including scripting, narration, and screen recordings for new releases, FAQs, and key platform capabilities.
•Deliver customized virtual and in-person training for enterprise merchants, agency partners, and internal teams as needed, including scoping calls and recommendations.
•Manage training action plans by coordinating scheduling and administration before, during, and after delivery; maintain deep understanding of platform features and ecosystem.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 88,630 - 132,946 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of technology-industry experience focused on technical writing, instructional design, product training, developer education, or similar roles.
•Working knowledge of GitHub and local development practices, including the ability to run and modify a site locally using Next.js or Nuxt.js.
•Experience with ecommerce tools and applications, including SaaS/open source storefronts and systems such as headless implementations, POS, PIM, OMS, ERP, and payment gateways.
•Comfort with APIs and running API requests using API documentation or a Postman library, plus familiarity with front-end tools and HTML/CSS/JS.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organization and the ability to manage multiple content projects independently.
