Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive PI strategy, standards, and guidelines across HBM programs.
  • •Coordinate PI execution across multiple HBM NPI programs and deliver against network ramp targets.
  • •Establish robust risk identification, early detection, and mitigation strategies, including blocking-issue ownership.
  • •Provide governance for PI execution (phase gates and blocking issue models) and align PI methodologies across sites.
  • •Guide development-to-HVM synchronization, lead AI-enabled transformation for yield analysis and responsible AI use, and communicate risks and priorities to executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or related) or equivalent experience.
  • •12–15+ years of semiconductor engineering experience with deep PI/NPI expertise.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing managers and/or cross-site teams.
  • •Proven history leading large-scale NPI implementation and yield ramp across complex programs.
  • •Excellent collaborator management and executive communication skills.
