Job Summary

Supervise housekeeping supervisors and housekeeping staff to maintain a clean, organized venue and deliver best-in-class guest hospitality. Coordinate with an outsourced soft services provider, manage duty rosters and work schedules, oversee cleaning across public areas, handle waste disposal, and ensure proper linen, uniforms, and consumables availability. Lead inspections, support training on fire/safety/health/hygiene, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, food safety, and municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise housekeeping supervisors and housekeeping staff, including external contracted cleaning staff, and demonstrate tasks on hand.
•Coordinate with the outsourced soft services provider to ensure services are delivered efficiently and within the agreed timeline.
•Prepare cleaning checklists and duty rosters, supervise work schedules, and assign duties while inspecting cleanliness standards.
•Monitor cleaning of public areas and oversee daily waste disposal, inventories, consumables, storage, and provisioning for guest/staff toilets.
•Support training and quality responsibilities by ensuring health, safety, hygiene, food safety, municipality compliance, and participating in information security awareness and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate strong leadership and motivation of housekeeping staff and subordinates.
•Show good abilities in human resources management of subordinates.
•Prepare and follow cleaning checklists and duty rosters; ensure punctual attendance and proper work scheduling.
•Maintain and monitor cleaning standards across public areas and inspect work performed by external contracted cleaning staff.
•Be thoroughly familiar with safety-at-work and hygiene regulations and ensure strict adherence to them.
