Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure EHS standards and local legislation are complied with in QA/QC labs, and support Pollution Control Board coordination.
  • •Define documents and implement QMS for manufactured products, acting as a single point of contact for QMS initiatives.
  • •Manage SAP QM Module inputs and reporting, and compile monthly QA/QC performance reports.
  • •Lead customer complaint investigation and implement corrective and preventive countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
  • •Lead QMS initiatives (including ISO 9001:2008 QMS and TS 16949), conduct rejection analysis, and coordinate rework strategies for rejected material while minimizing cost and waste.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Chemical Engineering (preferably) with 5/6 years relevant PU experience; or an MSC with 9/10 years relevant PU experience.
  • •Experience in relevant fields such as chemical industry and pharmaceutical.
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to lead and manage a team.
  • •Proficiency in internet, email, and Microsoft programs, including Lotus Notes Database system.
  • •Knowledge of PU chemistry and quality management business processes, plus QMS standards such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949.
