Key Responsibilities

•Own the full HR technology stack (HRIS, Ashby ATS, HR ticketing, and additional platforms) and act as system admin for data integrity, access, and configurations.
•Own HR tech integrations end-to-end, including architecture decisions and roadmap to eliminate manual entry through automation.
•Own people analytics and reporting, building dashboards and reports in Tableau and other tools for headcount, attrition, compensation, and workforce trends.
•Optimize Ashby ATS configuration, workflows, and data flow with the HRIS to ensure accurate new-hire records.
•Fulfill compliance data requests and continuously improve processes through automation and reliable cross-system data flows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 192,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics, with ownership of an enterprise HRIS platform (Rippling, BambooHR, HiBob or equivalent).
•Hands-on experience managing an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, including workflows and data integrity.
•Direct experience architecting and managing system integrations across a multi-tool HR stack, and leading HRIS/HR tech implementation projects.
•Ability to build people analytics dashboards in Tableau or a comparable BI tool, with SQL or data pipeline tooling experience considered a meaningful plus.
•Preferred: a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field; familiarity with AI tools for analytics and automation is an advantage.
