Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct facility and engineering personnel for day-to-day maintenance of the hospital building and required equipment.
  • •Ensure OSHMS policies and procedures are implemented, including OSH supervision, hazard/incident investigations, training, and emergency procedures.
  • •Plan and oversee preventive maintenance across electrical, utilities, plumbing, HVAC, and building/floor activities, including inspections, scheduling, and work orders.
  • •Coordinate manpower, materials, and contractors for modifications/renovations, and liaise with relevant organizations to meet applicable standards and laws.
  • •Prepare departmental budgets, manage project execution, conduct meetings and appraisals, and resolve recurring operational problems.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E / Graduate Engineer or equivalent.
  • •5 to 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • •At least 2 years in a management role.
  • •Previous experience in a JCI accredited organization is preferred.
  • •Outstanding leadership, management, interpersonal, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
