Job Summary

Maintain and improve GIS data for land management and right-of-way activities across North America. Use ArcGIS tools for dataset maintenance and quality control, and build mapping outputs that support operational and strategic decisions. Automate and transform spatial data with Python/ArcPy, ESRI ModelBuilder, and FME workflows. Provide front-line GIS support and collaborate with GIS, Lands & Right of Way, and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, revise, and verify GIS datasets for land parcels, agreement boundaries, and other Lands & Right of Way spatial details using ArcGIS tools.
•Edit and manage spatial geometries to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to mapping standards and data governance requirements.
•Complete automation work using Python scripts, ArcPy tools, FME workflows, and other processes to support GIS data transformation, integration, and maintenance.
•Perform spatial analysis and produce maps, reports, and visual products to support planning and decision-making.
•Conduct QA/QC reviews and provide front-line support by responding to GIS inquiries and troubleshooting issues for internal collaborators.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, or related field, plus four years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and GIS experience.
•Demonstrated production experience with ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
•Strong knowledge of GIS data structures, geodatabases, spatial referencing/coordinate systems, and geoprocessing techniques.
•Experience editing and maintaining spatial data, including land parcels, boundary datasets, and related attribute information.
•Working knowledge of Python scripting (ArcPy preferred), ESRI ModelBuilder, and FME for GIS automation and data integration.
