•Develop and cultivate relationships by targeting incremental and assigned accounts within the market/geography to meet business objectives.
•Gather, create, and maintain account insights (contacts, correspondence, business size, risks/opportunities, competitive set, timing) and track progress using the CRM tool.
•Execute and manage strategic initiatives to grow new business, protect the core, and create competitive advantage.
•Collaborate with Sales Development business units and trade teams to deliver/exceed sales plans by managing marketing programs and handling expense management/deduction resolution as appropriate.
•Provide customer sales support for market events, meetings, presentations, product samplings, and local trade shows.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 84,000 - 142,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of outside sales experience in Food Service, Manufacturing, or Distributor Sales.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strategic thinking, planning, negotiation, motivational leadership, and conflict resolution skills; event planning execution.
•Experience with Microsoft Office products.
