Job Summary

Drive new business growth for institutional clients within HSBC Securities Services by originating Securities Services sales opportunities. You’ll leverage deep expertise in Private Markets—custody/record-keeping, fund administration, depositary/trustee, transfer agency data/reporting—and translate client needs into integrated, multi-product proposals. Lead consultative engagements with GPs, LPs, family offices, and asset owners, manage deal processes and RFPs, and coordinate with product, operations, legal, and technology stakeholders to deliver implementable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Derive sales from existing and new Securities Services clients as well as new-to-bank clients.
•Own consultative engagements and develop structured, multi-product proposals and RFP/information and fee responses for prospective deals.
•Build and maintain a pipeline aligned to Securities Services and Institutional Client strategy, and implement sales growth across key client sectors and geographies.
•Create and lead deal teams for complex, strategic and technical sales efforts, coordinating across internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
•Drive governance for onboarding feasibility and monetization, and communicate strengths of the Securities Services franchise to external and internal stakeholders, including CXO-level engagement.

Key Requirements

•Drive new business growth by originating Securities Services sales opportunities for existing and new clients.
•Demonstrate strong product expertise mapping Private Markets client needs to services such as custody/record-keeping, fund administration, depositary/trustee, and transfer agency data/reporting.
•Use consultative sales methodology to engage GPs, LPs, family offices, and asset owners and translate strategic topics into multi-product proposals and RFP responses.
•Deep understanding of Private Markets and fund structures across private equity, private credit, real assets, and fund-of-funds including capital call/distribution mechanics, waterfalls, valuation practices, and secondary transactions.
•Build and manage deal processes/frameworks, including pipeline development, deal teams, and fee/RFP responses while using CRM/analytics and coordinating across product, operations, legal, and technology.
