Key Responsibilities

  • •Derive sales from existing Securities Services clients, new-to-services clients, or new-to-bank clients to achieve securities services sales objectives.
  • •Create and manage a prospect pipeline aligned to Securities Services and Institutional Client strategy across sectors and geographies.
  • •Coordinate integrated proposal development by working with product, operations, legal, and technology to deliver implementable custody/fund administration/FX/data/connectivity solutions.
  • •Oversee RFP/RFI and fee proposal responses for prospective deals that meet pre-agreed criteria and manage complex deal processes/frameworks.
  • •Drive CXO-level engagement and lead sales presentations and external visibility activities (events, conferences, panels, whitepapers).

Key Requirements

  • •Drive new Securities Services business growth from existing and new clients, meeting sales objectives.
  • •Apply strong product expertise across custody/record-keeping, fund administration, depositary/trustee, transfer agency data/reporting, and end-to-end operating models.
  • •Demonstrate deep understanding of Private Markets and fund structures (e.g., private equity/credit, real assets, fund-of-funds) including mechanics like capital calls/distributions, waterfalls, valuation, and secondary transactions.
  • •Translate client requirements into integrated solutions (custody, fund admin, FX, data, connectivity) by coordinating across product, operations, legal, and technology.
  • •Engage effectively with GPs, LPs, family offices, and asset owners to develop structured proposals and respond to RFPs and fee requests.
