Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and ensure strong stockroom standards and safe operations.
  • •Use metrics and reporting to support business-driving strategies while resolving client needs quickly and communicating inventory needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
