Serve customers at the teller window by processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers; cash checks and negotiable instruments; and handling money orders and credit card cash advances. Operate online teller systems, balance cash daily, and resolve discrepancies in line with compliance and security procedures. Provide courteous, professional service, maintain customer privacy, and cross-sell bank products to strengthen client relationships.
