Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key forecasting and reporting processes for Australia and New Zealand from Gross Sales through Gross Margin.
  • •Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles (including V2V and Polaris) with accurate, challenged inputs delivered on time.
  • •Analyse monthly trading performance and translate results into insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • •Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial dashboards and reporting tools, including V2V and daily sales reporting.
  • •Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, RGM, and Commercial teams to support decision-making and improve forecast quality, including COGS actual vs forecast analysis, accruals, and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •3+ years FMCG or industry experience is desirable.
  • •Strong Excel skills, including Power Query and confidence working with large data sets.
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines and recurring reporting processes.
  • •Curious, analytical mindset with confidence questioning numbers; clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
