Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely delivery of local artworks (graphics for single unit packs and displays) for all new products via the dedicated management information system.
  • •Oversee creation and execution of project briefs with global graphics agencies, aligning input from Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Factory Packaging Technology.
  • •Manage day-to-day artwork project activities and coordination across global graphics teams, agencies, factory packaging technology teams, and printers; resolve ad hoc issues with project teams.
  • •Review and approve artwork-related cost estimates from GLARAs (Global Lead Artwork and Repro Agencies) and printing suppliers.
  • •Represent the Polish artwork team in European forums and supervise the Artwork Project Assistant’s day-to-day work.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in similar project coordination, artwork management, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • •University degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • •Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.

  • •Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
