Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume responsibility for effective banking center operations, including scheduling/workflow, weekly logs, and meeting audit requirements.
  • •Supervise lobby and teller staff through directing, coordinating, reviewing work, training, cross-training, security training, and performance appraisals.
  • •Ensure banking center security and compliance with bank policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain cash controls: balance transactions at close of day, resolve teller balancing issues, control deposits, and verify cash in possession and on premises.
  • •Provide customer service and drive business outcomes by resolving customer requests/complaints, cross-selling services, managing sales goals/incentives, controlling expenses, and improving productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of bank services and products.
  • •Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Minimum three years related experience in a financial institution, including at least two years of supervisory experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills; well organized with attention to detail; ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
