Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
  • •Collaborate with trainers and the IT & Data Learning team to ensure high-quality learning delivery.
  • •Monitor and support onboarding for new IT & Data employees through the IT & Data Onboarding Program.
  • •Help manage the Gateway Program for graduates by organizing sessions, materials, and feedback loops.
  • •Identify learning process improvements and support the IT Architect Excellence Program by coordinating sessions and gathering insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a bachelor or master student in Communications, HR, Education, Business Administration, Content Creation, or a related field.
  • •Experience with learning design and project management.
  • •Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • •Affinity with IT and the Agile way of working.
  • •Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and precise.
