Job Summary

Responsible for repairs and installations of IXR systems, including remote repairs and Field Change Orders, while performing cross-system fault analysis with clinical, technical, and economic considerations. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and proactive escalation management with internal and external partners. Conduct technical on-site instructions, coordinate small projects (moves/upgrades), and resolve IT/network issues, while supporting sales and project management and maintaining complete documentation to Philips quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently perform repairs and installations (including remote repairs) and Field Change Orders, including cross-system fault analysis and solution finding.
•Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication, active escalation management, and close collaboration with internal/external partners; guide colleagues.
•Provide technical instructions during installations, coordinate small projects such as moves and upgrades, and independently resolve IT/network faults.
•Support sales and project management with technical topics, share relevant information, and provide customer care within maintenance activities.
•Document all activities per Philips quality criteria, report safety-relevant defects, and comply with relevant processes; act as medical devices advisor per § 31 MPG and communicate with supervisory authorities.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Completed training in electrical engineering / medical technology.
•Experience in field service and relevant knowledge in medical technology, plus basic medical knowledge.
•Excellent internal and external communication skills with a confident, reliable approach.

•High flexibility with willingness for >70% travel, including weekend work and 24/7 on-call availability; plus strong IT/network knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
