Key Responsibilities

  • •Move procurement data from reactive clean-up to an agent-embedded, self-improving operating model with agents embedded in data governance and excellence.
  • •Define agent-ready data elements, quality thresholds, and validation rules, mapping business requirements to sources, owners, and readiness actions while closing master data coverage gaps.
  • •Build technical foundations for agentic operation including data lineage, relationships, schema, and cross-system mapping with documentation, versioning, change history, and downstream impact analysis.
  • •Partner with IT, Data Excellence, Security, and Compliance to align data strategy with enterprise controls, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention requirements, approved connectors, and governance standards.
  • •Run experiments on agentic data patterns and pilot AI-based data validation/cleansing tools, then coach data stewards and business owners on authoring machine-readable policies and interpreting data quality signals.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Data/Information Management, or a related quantitative field.
  • •10+ years in enterprise data management, including 6+ years leading data governance, master data management (MDM), or data quality programs in a large, multi-region SAP environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with procurement, sourcing, or supply-chain data.
  • •Demonstrated data lineage and cross-system mapping experience, including data dictionaries and business glossaries, plus working SQL proficiency.
  • •Direct experience defining data requirements for production AI/ML or agentic workflows, including data readiness, quality thresholds, and validation/feedback rules.
