Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical operations at multiple plants to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
  • •Collaborate with corporate engineering, plant personnel, and external firms on design and commissioning of complex projects, including feasibility reviews and document engineering design/economic justification.
  • •Track plant performance parameters, coordinate testing, determine root causes, and identify process improvements to enhance commercial availability and heat rate.
  • •Support budgeting and financial analysis, including project budget development, annual budget requirements, spend analysis, and variance reporting.
  • •Provide technical support, training, and hiring assistance for junior staff, and help develop/review station technical instructions and preventive maintenance plans.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •BS Engineering or Technical Degree.
  • •5+ years of experience in a power, chemical, or industrial plant working with equipment such as boilers, turbines, heat exchangers, pumps, generators, transformers, motors, and electrical protection systems.
  • •Previous experience overseeing technical or O&M teams (team leader or higher).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to safety and continuous improvement (preferred).
