Manager - Accounts Receivables

Oversee the accurate and timely application of customer payments to outstanding invoices and maintain the integrity of accounts receivable balances. Lead day-to-day cash posting operations, resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies, and manage a team of cash application specialists (including outsourced support). Own daily cash balancing and month-end close reporting, review journal entries, and support AR confirmations, audits, internal controls, and process improvements while partnering with Collections, Credit, and Treasury.
