Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support the cash application process for high-volume transactions, including follow-up on wire transfers.
  • •Provide leadership and manage daily activities of the department staff and outsourced cash application specialists.
  • •Balance cash daily and support month-end closing with data and monthly reports.
  • •Review supporting journal entries for accuracy and manage A/R confirmations.
  • •Support internal and external audits and assist in assessing and maintaining internal controls, including identifying control gaps and recommending improvements.
