Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach total store operations to achieve profitability and efficiency outcomes.
  • •Lead execution of inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink; investigate root causes and partner on escalations.
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development, using company performance tools to provide constant feedback.
