Operations Lead - Madison Ave

Drive profitability and efficiency in the store leadership team by coaching and delegating daily operational work. Lead inventory management with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction, investigate root causes, and manage core processes including receiving, shipment, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities, while championing visual standards and leading Operations Associates.
