Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and grow deep relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts
  • •Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post-sale experience
  • •Drive adoption of Cursor by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goals
  • •Guide customers on best practices for rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement
  • •Serve as the customer’s voice internally and influence roadmap priorities

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication and executive presence — comfortable white-boarding with developers and pivoting to value with a CTO
  • •Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering org structures
  • •Fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity (even if you haven’t been a full‑time engineer)
