Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary administrator for the Archibus IWMS, including configuration, functionality, security, user permissions, and access levels.
  • •Configure, test, validate, and deploy system enhancements while maintaining reliable performance across locations.
  • •Design, map, and maintain system fields, workflows, integrations, and business rules supporting Facilities operations.
  • •Partner with the hosted solution provider to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, coordinate upgrades, and resolve application issues.
  • •Lead UAT, quality assurance, and production deployments for system releases; deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
