Job Summary

Create engaging learning experiences for employees by partnering with subject matter experts, facilitators, HR, and business leaders. Design and develop curriculum, assessments, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support tools for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs grounded in adult learning principles. Build role-based learning journeys aligned to business needs, evaluate effectiveness using feedback and results, and support LMS content, completion tracking, and digital maintenance while using modern authoring and multimedia tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop learning experiences, curriculum, assessments, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support tools.
•Create role-based learning paths and structured learning journeys aligned to business needs.
•Partner with SMEs, facilitators, HR, and business leaders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and measure success.
•Lead content planning, review, and revision cycles to keep learning materials accurate, relevant, and scalable.
•Support learning technology and LMS content (completion tracking, digital course maintenance) and provide troubleshooting/training for learning tools and processes.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
•2+ years designing and developing learning solutions in a corporate, educational, or training environment.
•Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methods, and learning evaluation.
•Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs.
•Ability to travel occasionally (currently estimated at less than 20%).
