Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop learning experiences, curriculum, assessments, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support tools.
  • •Create role-based learning paths and structured learning journeys aligned to business needs.
  • •Partner with SMEs, facilitators, HR, and business leaders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and measure success.
  • •Lead content planning, review, and revision cycles to keep learning materials accurate, relevant, and scalable.
  • •Support learning technology and LMS content (completion tracking, digital course maintenance) and provide troubleshooting/training for learning tools and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • •2+ years designing and developing learning solutions in a corporate, educational, or training environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methods, and learning evaluation.
  • •Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs.
  • •Ability to travel occasionally (currently estimated at less than 20%).
