Job Summary

Operate feed mill equipment to manufacture high-quality livestock feed, supporting day-to-day production while keeping the facility running safely and efficiently. Receive and handle feed ingredients, prepare and manage loadout for accurate product delivery, and monitor batching/scaling systems to maintain feed quality. Perform routine maintenance, maintain daily housekeeping and spill cleanup, and follow safety, quality, and compliance standards to meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate feed mill equipment to manufacture livestock feed.
•Receive, handle, and move feed ingredients; load and unload trucks.
•Prepare and manage loadout (opening hatches, attaching hoses, sampling) to ensure accurate delivery.
•Monitor batching/scaling systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy.
•Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, safe mill environment through daily housekeeping and spill cleanup; follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•1+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, agriculture, or general labor environments.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED preferred; agriculture and forklift certification preferred.
